This type of business is hard work which requires that you're constantly selling since your clients are unlikely to come back with frequency. There are also all the issues that usually apply with food businesses--perishable supplies, the need to have help the exact time and date that you need it, etc.

I'm planning to start one as well. I will note your answers and From what I have learned about this industry is that the location is an important factor for attracting your customers. Good quality or High quality of the food served is a must. The service ought to be the best in the industry. And ambience is yet another thing people come for to enjoy again and again.

As said earlier availability of goods*(veggies or meat or fish or any perishables) on time and their storage must be given due care. Proximity to market helps.

A chef who should be dedicated in his/her cooking is a must.

Being Exotic can do some magic for a while.

Decoration, interiors, music, lightings,cutlery,

furniture are everything minutest should be given attention to details.

Understand and observe people and their desire for food and the kind of service they expect from you.

Explore a lot before you indulge.

Good luck!

If u dont have any previous experience or r not a catering student, first join as an employee in any catering company and gather nooks and conners. After an year, u can start your own and succeed. All the best.

Con- Your on your feet all day, running around, sweating in a hot kitchen. You probably will cut your fingers a few times and get burned several times.

Pro- At least you know who and what you are cooking for ahead of time (instead of waiting for the phone to ring in a restaurant.)

You will have to be well budgeted & organized!

i would not. nutrition corporation isn't hassle-free artwork.... and lots well-being concerns. A restraunt close to us have been given sued for £1m after a pregnant woman shriveled nutrition poisoning. She had in the previous tried to sue 2 different restraunts earlier the insurers paid out on the third. nutrition corporation might provide me a headache + its no longer common for great pay until eventually your upmarket.. and its a great variety of artwork. particularly your clever sufficient to pass in to a greater properly-paid very own-corporation with a lot much less difficulty in touch. Sorry.. only my undemanding opinion.
