Job Interview!?

I have a job interview for DQ (dairy queen). What are some questions I should expect to anwser? Also appropriate clothing to wear?

The main Questions are typically like "Why do you want to work Here?" or "What makes you think I should hire you?" My Favorite is.... What is your greatest weakness... they are asking you to talk bad about yourself... Be honest don't say anything to bad and never say punctuality is your greatest weakness they want to know that you'll show up on time much more than they want to know if you will do the job... because anyone can do the job with the right training... another peice of advice is to ask a lot of relavent questions... the best question I like to ask is "what are the qualities you want in the 'IDEAL' employee?" that way they know you are interested and you can find out if the job is right for you. Another good one is "Do you enjoy working here and Why?" mainly because your gonna be interviewed by a manager and forgive my statement but **** rolls down hill if the Manager is not happy with his or her job they are gonna make your miserable!!



As for what to wear I know it;s an over used sentence but Dress for the job you want!! Wear a skirt and a nice top. A buisness suit if you have it. Most people show up for an interview for Fast Food in Jean and a T-Shirt you want to stand out!



And finally be relaxed as you possibly can. Think "it's just Dairy Queen..."

Dress up in formal business attire. More like dress pants, heels or flats, and a blouse of some sort. No loud colors.

Questions are more focused on food handling and how well you deal with people and how well you work with them. Give answers that are more compatible with getting along with people. They will sometimes ask you situational questions and how well you are able to fix problems that arise.
