JOB STILL HASNT LOOKED AT MY APPLICATION YET?

Application in monday

called tuesday, talked to the manager and he sayed he would give it to the hiring manager and told me to call tommrow when she will be in

wednesday-hiring manager said they had me written down and they will be checking out applications in abit

thursday- hiring manager said "what is your name again" and that they havent looked at the applications yet and when they do theyll call me.

should i call tommorow? im 15 by the way
and this is macdonalds.honestly im getting real fustrated

At this stage i would say do a walk in. You have to put a face to the resume so they remember you. Plus i'm not sure if you had a resume or covering letter with the application but this helps too. The letter must briefly describe what the job is, what they are looking for and what you will bring to them. Another way to grab their attention. You could also try and ring once more and say, "Would you like me to send my application again. Or you can try working with a job agency. They will help with resumes, letters, interviews, finding jobs, phoning up companies etc.

Mcdonalds? they're just lazy, You'll probaly get accepted, I don't think they reject anyone but fat people.
