Today I had my first interview at chick fil a. The manager was asking me questions about myself, why i should be apart of the team, and i think she may have liked what she heard because she told me to come back on monday at 4 to talk with Josh, i guess he is the big boss. So what exactly does this mean? Is it possible that i may get the job ??

I guess it depends on the place, cause with target, I got to the second interview but did not get hired, but I work fast food now and when I interviewed I had a "second interview" which was literally just me sitting down, the manager telling me about the job and hiring me. I would guess that for larger stores that get tons of applicants like target, you can get to the second interview and still have a good chance of not getting the job, but not as many fast food places do two stage interviews so if a fast food place asked you to a second interview they're probably very interested in you and might have already decided to hire you.

It means you still are being considered. Until you get the job, you don't have the job. Two stage interviews happen - the first is to weed out people are who are completely useless. So, I guess you're not that.
