April 5th my college will be hosting a job fair. I won't be able to be there for very long expect for an hour or so because I have class in the morning, and then I have a hour break and class again. So I'm planning on going during my one hour break.

I know I need to bring my resume, I made a appointment for help with that this coming week.

I just need to know what to wear. I need examples. Since I will be in class all day. Should I paint my nails? I'm 19. College Student.

I'm hoping I can find something so I will have a job for the summer. I have a job at school through work study and they don't offer work study during the summer.

Out of 4 paragraphs this was the only one necessary.. everything else was non needed information....

Its pretty easy to know what to wear to job fairs and interviews... professional, clean, non wrinkled or torn clothing. Example... black dress slacks or skirt, blouse or light sweater. If wearing a skirt or dress... wear panty hose. If painting your nails use a tasteful color such as light pink.

If your nails appear well-maintained (i.e. you don't bite them), then you don't need to paint them, but if you want to, go very light and traditional.

Wear something that you'd wear to a job interview. Not necessarily a fancy, formal skirt suit, but definitely a nice skirt or slacks, and a formal blouse.

Pumps if you're comfortable wearing them all day, otherwise some nice flats are probably fine in the situation. Sandals, boots, sneakers, flip flops are NOT good to wear in this situation.

Also, I assume you know, but I just want to make sure. You don't need to bring your resume. You need to bring about 15 of your resumes.

Good luck!
