Im trying to get a job at a dealership, but i dont know what that position is called. Help please.

I think it varies, but I bet you can get away with discreetly calling the dealership, talk to a receptionist without identifying yourself, and ask for the offical job title. I would. At the very least, call it Customer Service Representative.

I've seen ads for that calling it "Lot attendant". (My ex-husband called it "Lot Rat" but never say that when looking for a job, you'll hear it later.) Someone I work with has a second job doing that line of work and says he's an Auto Detailer for a dealership.

I would think along the lines of auto detailer. Thats about the best guess I could come up with.
